Momiji Kokedama (Grown Bonsai)

I ordered 2 plants. They both came in twrrible condition, this one much worse than the other. They jammed both plants into a skinny, small damaged box. All of the leaves except one had fallen off the plant, they were dried out. I hope I can save it. I am a lot less optimistic about this one than the other. I won't order from them again.

It arrived looking all dried up, but I did what the Company had suggested and made sure it had water and indirect light, but it never came back

Plants showed up in very poor shape I believe the pine is dead. Also took several weeks to receive plants. For the price 75.00 a piece and that was on sale.I would not buy from this website again. Better to buy within my own country.
