Used the captain one machine Customer service was 10/10 delivery was quick and I like the touch of the personal engraving on the machine. The build quality is very good the adjustable stroke is nice and doesn't lose power through the strokes. Its one of the quietest machines ive used, was able to do bold lines and solid colour its a great machine and a great price

I was disappointed

The reviews said it's just as good as the most expensive machines but it's not it's one of the worst and unreliable tattoo machines I've had it don't push the larger tattoo cartridges it's gets loud struggling to make it run I still use my old machine as my primary one which is what I was hoping to be done with

Great for some stuff

I purchased this to replace my much-loved Axys Valhalla due to the similar features. I LOVE it for lining. It's super smooth, good saturation, but gentle enough for fineline. However, I feel like it loses its oomph at the lower stroke lengths. I do a lot of color realism, and my go to stroke length was 3.4. This machine seems to have a hard time pushing larger mags at shorter strokes and my color blending isn't as smooth with it. I like it for soft black and gray shading tho! Overall, I got my money's worth, it just isn't QUITE as versatile as I'd hoped.
