I was very impressed by the communication throughout the entire process. It was honestly way easier than expected. As for the machine…. Looks: When it showed up, it looked great! Packaging was very well put together for shipping. The presentation of the packaging when I got through the shipping layers was very nice. The custom engraving was on point and looked brilliant. Functionality: It took me a minute to get use to since I am coming of a completely different style (Inkjekta) machine. Once I was good with that, I started the first tattoo with it. I was blown away at how effortless pulling a line was. Solid on the first pull. It didn’t take any time to get use to. Shading is super smooth. I have only done a handful of tattoos with it so far but I am impressed already. Battery life is great. I easily got 7 hours out of a charge. And the quick charging is no joke. 0-100% in just under 45 minutes! I definitely recommend giving this a try. I’ve been tattooing for 12 years and always get a little nervous about buying new machines with how expensive they can be and usually shy away from cheaper machines. This is not a “cheap” machine. It is an affordable powerhouse. Blows away a Cheyenne that goes for around 900 bucks! The CPTInk LT is more than worth it. All around great. From customer service to functionality and comfort. This machine is very well-made. I’ve used about every type of machine made in my 26 years of tattooing. This one and the Mickey sharps t dial.are the only machines I’ve ever gave five stars to. I’m truly enjoying this machine.
