Satisfied customer for sure! The tracking tends to be very inaccurate. But packages are received in a timely manner and always correct.

Love the needles and stabalisation. Nice clean and crisp . No movment . The Awe needles do their job stopping ink spread /splatter however I dont feel they extend the work time between dips . However very little ink gets into the well itself . Love watching it go up the tube , just never hits the well . I feel if the well filled there would certainly be the extended ink . Only other passing wish on the needles themselves , many other brands have a finger cusion . My last few brands had them . I definately notice I dont have them atm . 😔. My issue atm is stock availability and delivery times . Communication is exceptionaly poor . You now have a UK distributor that has almost zero sizes I want . I email the issue , the responce is " we have all the popular sizes in stock ". Not according to your checkout . Honesty is paramount ... I dont need excuses . Your product is excellent, and thats the only reason I perceiver.
