SRI StyleQ - Ionic Graphene Flat Iron

Issues with turning iron on

When the iron is working it is great. I love the results leaving my hair shiny and bouncy. The issue Im having is a failure for the iron to turn on when I press the button. It is making a noise when I attempt to turn it on that makes me nervous. I am sure it is an isolated problem but not sure of how else to express this issue.

Easy to use!

The first one I ordered did not work. I was able to call and have a return label sent to send it back. I recieved the replacement and love how easy it is to straighten and do waves and curls with this. It heats up very quickly and does not damage my hair.

SRI StyleQ

Unfortunately it did not flatten my hair with one pass and the barrel was not long enough compared to my current flat iron. I prefer my current iron over the SRI. The SRI was too lightweight in my opinion as well. I was really wanting to like it as I love the blow dryer.
