Keeps breaking

I do enjoy the hair dryer, but struggle as this is a replacement for the first one I ordered which broke. This one two keeps breaking. the metal ring on the end of the dryer, which magnets to the diffuser, keeps falling out. My hair is curly so the diffuser is a must have for me. A similar issue had happened to my first one, they replaced it, which was wonderful.Yet I’m facing the same issue again.

Companies stood by their product and rewarded me with a replacement when I found my unit stopped working after several months I soke to an agent for information on my new hairdryer and he was very helpful.

I am thoroughly impressed with the hairdryer. I have a wrist fracture. My husband has become my personal hairdresser. The videos are helpful to him. I look forward to doing my own hair. So far loving my hairdryer.
