Daily Planner - Sue

My planner was damaged, and I immediately notified you and included photos. In response, you said I could have a replacement or a discount next year. I went ahead and ordered a replacement. I then let you know that I ordered a replacement, and I asked how to return the damaged planner. Then a few days later, you sent me an email saying that a different replacement planner was on its way. I now have three planners, none of which I am permitted to return. I like your planners, but I’m not going to purchase from your company in the future — ordering a product shouldn’t be this difficult.
