Hi! I love this planner so much! No complaints about the quality or style. The one thing I would say is please try to be more accurate about processing / shipping times. On your website it says that processing times are included in shipping times listed. My order said shipping takes 2-8 days; another email said I would get the item at my house in 2-8 days. I ordered the item on Jan 4th and received it 20 days later on Jan 24th. This timeframe should be made clear at time of order given the price of this planner.

SO beautiful! It's everything I wanted in a planner and fits nicely in my totes.
