Daily Planner - Tay

I paid for the fastest shipping (2-3 business days) and the website makes it seem as though that 2-3 days is from date of purchase to date of delivery. They are not. When I follow up because it didn’t show up, I found out it’s 2-3 days from the time of the order to the day that they have to ship. It takes another few days for delivery. So 2-3 day shipping means over a week for delivery. HOWEVER, when I spoke to customer service about it, they quickly refunded me my shipping costs and resolution was very easy. BUT the planner itself is very cute! The quality of the planner is great, and the layout is great for people who like to put a lot of information from day to day. I will probably continue to order these planners for myself and my husband as we both like planners like this. But now I know the shipping timelines.
