Very happy with my choice!

After quite some time trying to locate a suitable handrail for our front steps, I discovered Optimum. While not inexpensive, their reviews were solid and their product line looked well made. Ordered just before the December holidays, so my fabrication and delivery probably took a couple days more than usual, but the timeline was fine. The rail was exceedingly well packaged, and came with all necessary hardware for installation. They also included touch up paint to match the bronze finish we ordered. The rail itself was very well made and will no doubt last, in comparison to much cheaper versions sold by Amazon and other retailers. This company also has some reference videos explaining installation. In the end, I am very pleased with the product, communication, packing and thoroughness in supplying parts and touch up paint. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for such items, and look forward to buying from them again.
