Using for first time

Using this for the first time...to beach a mahogany night stand. It is fefinitely strong and lightens the wood allot. But, not sure i will like or not. Its very hard to get it even. When wetted there are big contrasts in color. I intend now to Stain it but probably shellac it first

We have dark cherry wood kitchen cabinets and I used this A B combination on all of them. I did 2-3 applications of this and it worked great! Just make sure to follow each step as indicated. And wear heavy gloves! If it gets on your hands it burns.
