Product worked great! Some spillage from the shipping but not too much. Would purchase again. Highly suggest a degreaser and floor squeeze as the product is oil based and needs to be scrubbed off the floor.

I had a small basement with half missing 70 year old floor tiles exposing the asbestos adhesive. At 73 I managed to raise my lead level to 16 from restoring lead primer/painted sash windows in a 100 year old house. The last thing I wanted was to expose myself to asbestos so I researched the best way to encapsulate or remove the problem. The algorithm seemed to keep pushing me to buying the expensive primer to lock it in and the reviews advised against using products like bean e doo as it would be too messy for the average person. I am glad I decided to use your product instead. Coming from a collision and auto painting background, messy wasn't a scary issue for me. I was impressed immediately at how quick it began to work and with a little elbow grease and a rubber scrub and squeegee combo I bought for under 10 dollars, the work with quick and manageable. I chose to work in 10 by 10 sections. As it did its job, I moved it onto a new area and let the solution continue to work adding a little new solution with it. I used wood sawdust I had been collecting to mix with old house paint and sprinkled it across the squeegeed area. It cleaned it very nice and created a back dam to create a barrier from the new area from leaking back. Absolutely no smell and cleans easily with mild cleaners. All that is left is to do a final cleaning with warm water and degreaser. I would recommend it to a novice advising to work in small controlled areas and just let it do it's thing.
