GOOD STRAP, though engraving shallow

Strap is brilliant, but the engraved words I asked for were kind of scratched in instead of engraved. I wanted to use leather paint in the engraving but it is too shallow. I would certainly buy from the company again but wouldn't bother with the engraving.
