Strap great, delivery time not great

Ordered this as a gift, after a couple of days it wasn’t showing as sent so I sent a message and was told it’d be sent straight away, still took a couple more days and was too late for the birthday by the time it eventually arrived. I’d understand the delay if it was building a guitar, but this was a ready made strap!!
