I am incredibly impressed with both this sofa and the company's customer service. The sofa itself is exceptionally comfortable, and the entire buying process was seamless from ordering to delivery. We had a slight issue with the ottoman upon arrival, but customer service was incredibly responsive and replaced it without any hassle. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent support. I’m so impressed. Honestly was very nervous to order a more expensive couch online without seeing it in person first but the quality is everything they claim. The couch is very cozy and feels big and sturdy. I have two toddlers and a boxer dog and the couch withstands the dog hair removal and is sooo easy to wash. The covers are super quick to dry and easy to get back on. We absolutely love this couch!

Not as pet friendly as expected. . But still love it

The chenille was advertised as more pet friendly, but has shown pulled threads and claw marks from our cats since day one. Despite this, the huge pillow cushions are luxurious! We can fully fit two adults lying down on the short part of the L. We spend all of our lounging time on this couch. Highly recommended!
