Two in One Magic
This really is two pedals in one. The fuzz is aggressive and harsh, but very controllable. A good to great fuzz effect, but the real magic of this pedal is the filter. The low and high pass filtering totally changes the texture and feel of the fuzz. Even better, the filter can be used all by itself, acting on any pedals earlier in your signal chain. I must admit it took me a couple of weeks to figure that out. Now I can not only filter the Urla Fuzz effect, I can filter and manipulate all of the overdrives and fuzzes on my board. Lots and lots of potential with this one.
