Wrong ring size even though I measured correctly, it took 3 weeks and i wish they would have sent me a proof of what it was going to look like for approval, its so dark i can barely see her face and i have more photos they could have worked with if that was the issue. This was my soul dog that just passed after 16 years, so i wanted something i could carry with me and this is embarrassing to look at
