Swamp Cooler™ Harness

Just ok

We got this for our brussels griffon who hates going for walks when it's above 70 degrees. It does seem to keep him cool-ish, but he really hates wearing it and rubs against whatever he can find. We've noticed too that the mesh lining does not keep our dog dry and he's often wet when we take the harness off. But the real pain point and why I'm writing this review: After a week of wear we noticed some discoloring. And now after a month or so it is starting to smell. Unclear how to wash! Oh and you can probably size down. The straps are crazy long.

Perfect for a hot Golden!

Rosie loves her new harness as it fits perfectly, thanks to the kind woman who assisted us in making some adjustments! We have been on a month-long trip out West/Southwest and the ability for this harness to keep her cool and comfortable was extremely important for me. It did not disappoint. Rosie enjoyed the cool water being poured over the harness to help in those extreme temperatures and the material allowed her to keep cool while the water was evaporating. Thank you kindly! Swamp cooler just works

Our dog has a dark/brindle coat that gets hot in the sun. I’d estimate that the swamp cooler makes an 80’ day feel like 75’ or better for him. He pants less and lasts longer on hikes. It just works. Would buy again.
