The glasses are very nice but the case that you sent does not fit . . . far too small. I tried calling the number listed at the bottom of my order confirmation email and it said it was out of order. I then called the toll free number on your site and you said that your phone lines were very busy and you hung up my call after 15 seconds. The worst customer experience I have ever seen.

Great glasses, but the case that came with them absolutely does not fit the glasses. I reached out to Vaurnet about this and never got a reply. I don’t want to have $300 glasses without a protective case. Otherwise they would get a five.
