MobilityPlus+ Navigator Mobility Scooter

Communication BEFORE purchasing was spot on, very helpful, also told me I would be able to lift scooter in and out the boot! After sending £700 on a mobility scooter and finding out that I cannot lift the scooter in and out the boot as it’s too heavy for me I emailed them to ask that if I sell it on, is the guarantee transferable? NOT a response, so obviously not interested in you as a customer once you’ve spent money with them! I live on my own and have limited income and have had to use Klarna to buy this scooter, was told I would be able to lift it and I can’t, so very poor, expensive, wrong advise for me! But a sale for you eh? Now I’m stuck with a mobility scooter I can’t use and will take a huge loss in reselling it! Shame on you mobility plus

Excellent treatment from your company scooter seems very good value for money it’s very comfortable we are on our way to Scotland with our Motorhome for a holiday the scooter is in the Motorhomes garage for use in Scotland looking forward to see how it preforms over two weeks

An excellent scooter. Just the right size for my wife and myself. I've had a scooter before so I'm familiar with them but for my wife it is something new. She had one or two practice sessions and then took off round the village. We both have problems walking so this is a godsend. It is something we can both use and are so pleased with it. It is very smart looking. The dog loves it too . Thank you so much.
