Very comfortable underwear with a nice modern fit. The fabric stays comfortable all day and doesn’t ride up like other brands I’ve tried. Highly recommend Drawlz.

Improve on customer service. I am having an issue with USPS, as a signature was required upon receipt. I was not home when USPS attempted delivery, however tracking states that it was signed for and left with someone. I called and opened a service request ticket and spoke with Mercedes who stated that the package was scanned as return to sender. This information matches Drawlz.com, which also shows as return to sender. However, Jimmy is stating that it shows delivered for him and that there is nothing that can be done. For the amount spent on this order, at the very least I would expect some kind of shipping protection, let alone better customer service.
