"Baby" RodZilla

East Coast Newbie

Looking forward to heading into the NC mountains this spring to fish this baby rodzilla. I’m new to Tenkara (experienced surf and spinner fisherman). Hitting a few local streams near me to practice (not much in the way of fish), but the rod feels great and looks fantastic. Very excited. Thanks.

5:5 action

I am very happy with my purchase of the "Baby" RodZilla. I purchased the 5:5 action model and I am pleased with the way it casts unweighted and bead head flies, at all three lengths. The largest trout caught so far was around 12 inches. The rod handled the fish well.

So far I got out once! Season ends here end of October. I’m hoping to get out a few more times to give you an honest review but at the moment I’m loving it…. . lots of the guys on the river checking it out here in Canada. So stay tuned.
