Best olive oil for salads and such

I’ve loved Merula since I was first introduced to it in Barcelona over a decade ago. Not always easy to find in the USA. So grateful for the excellent customer service at Salt Traders. They could tell me the “best by” date on the Merula they were shipping and sent my order with no styrofoam or plastic air bag packing. The Merula arrived in perfect condition.
