Women's Warm Thermal Thick Alpaca Ankle Socks

Better than regular socks but not super warm for colder environments

I bought these because the common area where I do a lot of coursework is freezing in the winter. While they do help more than regular socks, they arent as warm as I was hoping. I used the quiz and then decided on these, but it was still likely due to user error that I didn't get exactly what i was searching for. And for $25 I dont think I'm buying another set

not alpaca, not soft or thick or ankle socks.

These are crew socks (mid calf) nit ankle socks. They are rough and the seam on top of the toes is big and bold and scratchy. They hurt when I wear shoes. Ive washed them and that didn't help. Not something I would buy again.
