Canning Rack for Pressure Canner (2 Pack)

The two racks for the Tanker pressure canner are great! I used one rack canning with large mouth pint jars. I could fit eight jars on the bottom layer and seven jars in the top layer. I also was able to use both racks at once with three layers of 1/2 pint regular mouth jars on the bottom and 1/4 pint regular mouth jars on the middle and top layers. I love it!!

Loving my Denali Tanker, extra canning racks and, of course, the great Denali lids and rings. I'm pressure canning all kinds of stuff now. My family thinks I'm nuts - I think I'm ahead of the curve!
