Thirsty for more hydrating capsules

I’ve used the daily defense and radiant detox regimens so far. & I have to say I have noticed my skin start to crave that deep drink of moisture it seems to get from the retinol and collagen capsules. I haven’t noticed the transexamic acid capsules to be quite as effective on my skin. I live in a very sunny southern climate & spend a lot of time outside, so I thought the daily defense would be a good match. But at age 33, dark spots aren’t an issue for me yet. So maybe it’s working more preventively & is just not as noticeably making a difference in my skin. Between the two sets, I preferred the radiant detox (with glycolic acid instead of TEA) for my skin. I find myself skipping the TEA capsules for the collagen or retinol when my skin is feeling thirsty.
