I’ve been taking these supplements for three months now along with using the serum. I have definitely noticed subtle improvements to the way my skin looks and feels. Because I’m using both products together it’s hard to say what this one specifically does however I believe you need to use both of them in order to see your true results. I take the pills every morning with my protein shake. They’re easy to swallow and they don’t upset my stomach. I feel like this is a very high-quality product.

I believe it’s too early to say, but do think it will improve using the serum also.
