Not sure if I'm going to keep it or return it. My hair is shoulder length and fine. Used it 3 times now and not good results. Hair does not slide thru and curls are flat in 15 minutes.

Airflow is not cool/ duo flex
It took a while to received my order… I am satisfied with the quality of the product, but I am surprise that the airflow (which is suppose to be cool to fix the curl), is not cool at all. I send an email to the customer service Tuesday and I haven’t get any feedback yet. I hope they will get back to me with a solution quick
