Everything mentioned in the 2nd video after scanning the QR on tool with the replacement kit required happened. The tool has a lot of friction and does not spin freely and the adjustment knob is rattling. I’m glad the company made a video and is sending people a kit to fix it.. hopefully it come quick with no extra money.
