This tends to be one of my more prevalent minerals in the water I prefer- very reliable product. Shipping is usually fast and hassle free. Love the freedom and experimentation the a la carte minerals allow.

I know it's geeky but having the ability to finely tune water composition is a bigger deal than is seems whenever it comes to brewing coffee at the most particular level. As far as I know, there isn't a better product out there for this.
