Presidio Hybrid Mattress

Not ideal

First, we were shipped the wrong mattress. Apparently the "Presidio" mattress we tried in the store had an earlier-manufactured version, which we wound up with, which was hard as a board. We were surprised but figured maybe it would soften up? Finally after two weeks of pain from side-sleeping position we called and learned we had been shipped the wrong "version" of the mattress despite having the "Presidio." Replacement was smooth and seamless, though, points for that. Then we got the new "Presidio" mattress which was totally different. MUCH softer than the first one, clearly two entirely different constructions. Now this one seems a lot softer -- in fact, it's hard to remember what we tried in the store, but this feels significantly softer than the one we tried. And side position works great now, but back position leaves both of us with lower back pain. After the first experience we don't have much confidence that the mattress we tried in the store was actually the one we got. We've already returned it once and are reluctant to deal with that again. Buying a mattress is hard!

Taz is very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best mattress. I couldn't ask for a better person to help me through mattress shopping journey. The Presidio hybrid is outstanding in all categories and am very happy with it. I have had it for 6 months now and have zero complaints. Also, the pillows are amazing!

Presidio Hybrid Mattress

The Presidio Hybrid Mattress is very comfortable, it suits me perfectly. I am 114 pounds, and it feels like it just holds me. Cushy, yet not too soft and supportive. I am very happy with this mattress.
