I was diagnosed with celiac 16 years ago, and all this time searching for a GF flour to bake with like I used to bake with. A flour that didn’t stick to my hands while baking with, as well as my teeth while eating….This Is It!! It has put joy back in my baking! It is so good my family is not aware they are eating gluten free. The first recipe I tried was the chocolate chip cookies….after everyone left, I went to eat a cookie and they were all gone, my family had taken them home.
