Excellent gluten free starch
I must be gluten free due to intolerance and tried this wheat starch with no health issues.
The taste and texture is superior and has improved my gluten free baking. I will purchase again.
I would use your flour mixes but they contain dairy and I have an allergy so they are off limits.

I like your wheat starch. I have a grandchild with PKU, so the starch really helps keep her protein down and make it possible for her to have baked goods. I just wish your baking mixes did not use dairy :( as it is one of the most common allergens, along with gluten.
