My (second) favorite pan
Just after the egg and toast pan. I love how responsive this pan is to heat and just the right size for an egg as well as frying up dumplings, the enameled coating is wonderful, my stainless pans can’t fry dumplings and this fits in my kitchen arsenal perfectly. A must have.
