Not effective

I went for the organic - the dye smells like hay and that smell persists after you rinse. It dries out your hair significantly. You have to leave it on for up to 90 minutes and heat with a blow dryer intermittently - not time effective and the results are average - not good coverage of the grey. Sides of the hair turned a green tinge - the box says to retreat after 24h - the process is such its not worth the price or the time
