I followed the directions to a T and I couldn't be more happier how it turned out. No irritation and it has lasted for over a week so far. My go to from now on.

I Don't Recommend And Service is Very Bad

I brought Soft Black for my beard, There are two packets, packet-1 has to be applied first and after drying(which takes about 1 hr) clean and apply the packet-2 which takes another 1 hr to dry. The results are not immediate and product description says it takes 24-72 hours , so the beard is not black immediately .For me it stopped changing color at Brownish Red , i tried reaching help desk and no one responded my email or chat.
