Love this. I was hesitant to spend the money as I’m only a hobby baker but I’m glad I did. There was a bit of a learning curve to use it for cookie dough the first time but now that I’ve used it a couple times it’s so easy and such a time saver….not to mention easier on my aging body. I cant wait to try it with something else. ❤️

Very steady and strong sheeter, using it for heavy dough and it is super strong. Only con is that it is a little bit slow and there is no speed control
