Twister Cauliflower

First try at Cauliflower!

This was my first time growing cauliflower in my garden. Not only was it the first time for the vegetable, but it was the first time I ever tried winter sowing anything! It was a complete success for both the cauliflower and the new garden skill of winter sowing. I only planted 2 of the seedlings and harvested 2 very nice sized heads in mid June in Delaware. I kept it under insect netting the total time it was in the ground and had no pest issues.

The best self wrapping I have come across. I have tried a handful varieties and this one is the best. White, not ricey, and self protects. Perfect 10 from me!
