LiONCooler Mini Solar Powered Car Fridge Freezer, 29 Quarts

I am still having trouble with the temperature control on the cooler. When I set the temperature control last night and checked it this morning temperature was 49° on the thermometer in the cooler I have reset it back To factory default five days ago as your representative suggested I do I would like this item since it’s having control problems to be replaced but I have not heard back from any of your representatives
