I am disappointed with this swing. The chains are way to short, making it impossible for me to use because I would have to climb up on it. I attached it to a swingset, which is normal height. i emailed the company asking for a longer chain or more links and they told me Our swings are all uniform in size and we are unable to offer long chains at this time. We recommend that you check online or offline to see if you have the right chain. So in order for me to use this swing and make it functional I will have to go buy another chain at additional cost. It is also not comfortable to sit on without the cushion, it really sinks down and hurts your legs even with the cushion. My tall son sat on it and said it was painful on his legs as well. I would not recommend this swing and I really should just send it back.

Great swing, like all the other reviews will need to get longer chains.
