Anthology of Saint Javelin - White T-Shirt

Poor quality control, additional customs costs, and non-existent customer support.

I ordered a t-shirt from Saint Javelin as a birthday gift for my friend, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. When the shirt arrived, it already had holes in it. That was especially frustrating because I had also paid an extra $50 in customs fees to get it into Canada. After spending that much, I expected a quality product, not a defective one. I contacted customer support, but no one responded. More than a month went by without any meaningful reply or assistance. Being ignored after receiving a damaged product is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was an awful customer experience. Poor quality control, additional customs costs, and non-existent customer support. I would not recommend ordering from Saint Javelin and will not be purchasing from them again.

he cotton is of excellent quality, and the image printing is also well made and long-lasting. Most importantly, though, it’s the cause behind it that inspired us to buy it.
