Nice exhaust but poor customer service for help

The exhaust sounds and looks nice but there’s one problem. When I had installed it I watched the video and everything online so that I wouldn’t mess anything up, so I put it all together and tightened everything down, but what I’ve noticed is that on cold starts or when I go to start after a period of time not driving, there’s a drip that happens from 1, sometimes both, connection points where the pieces are held together by clamps. I’ve already readjusted the whole exhaust and readjusted the clamps themselves and tightened everything the most that it can do but there’s still a drip. I tried calling customer support to verify if this is what happens or why to do to fix it but I get no answer out of the dozen of times on different instances trying to call during working hours. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice exhaust and sounds nice but I don’t like the drip because I know it shouldn’t be doing that and I don’t want it to later evolve into rotting/rust in that spot due to dripping. I don’t want to because I shouldn’t need to in the first place but if it’s something I need to go have it welded together into one piece, I’ll do it to prevent any damage from this exhaust leak. Hopefully someone can help me please on what I should do

This exhaust is awesome! It is throaty and when you want to get into the throttle, it roars! I like that it doesn’t droan when you are just driving normal speeds but it’s there to bark when you want it to.
