The Endurance Plunge Tub

The best of the best in a crowded field.

I recently had a tub from another manufacturer, where my experience was anything but good. I won't disparage that company, but I had to use a process called "charge back" to get my money refunded because of how bad they were. Fast forward to today. I purchased this tub/chiller with utter trepidation and caution. I asked their customer service roughly 49 questions (most of which they answered). When the unit arrived, everything was boxed and crated, unlike the other company. The Icebound Essentials (IE) unit was in absolute pristine condition—no external flaws or dents (again, unlike the other company). I plugged the unit in, and it worked straight away. The unit hit the temperatures that it claimed in the advert (with fluctuations within the margins). The tub, in my opinion, is a little smaller than the other company's tub, but for everything else, I have no problems. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the app. I had to muddle through three variations to find the one that was in English and my request for assistance went unanswered. I would recommend IE to anyone who is looking for a quality unit that does what it claims it will do.
