Tiramisu Stuffed Cookie Recipe

The recipe was very easy to follow! It came out exactly as I had hoped—tastes exactly like tiramisu, plus it is SO pretty!

So happy to have found a stuffed cookie recipe, however agree with another review when they said it came out dry, also doesn't taste much of coffee in the middle, think it needs adjusting. Mix is very dry itself, possibly too much flour? Doesn't come together you have to add more liquid, and quite fiddly the mold. Not tried the others yet but hoping they turn out better.
