One of a kind!

I’ve never seen a cookie like this! A labor of love if you do the homemade baklava route, which I did! Everyone loved it and it was a first taste of baklava for some of my friends! I feel this will be a holiday tradition because of the time it takes but so very worth it!

Very, very flavorful!

Boy,this is huge cookie and eye catching. Be sure you have time to make this though as their are a lot of moving parts to this one. I am not a huge baklava fan, but liked this. My taster thought maybe it should be a bar cookie so you got a bite of baklava in every bite. I’m not sure about that, lol. I’m putting this in our lineup temporarily to see if it’s a hot or not. If it is, I may have to outsource the baklava to save time.
