Gingerbread Cinnamon Roll

The only gingerbread I will ever eat again!

I'm not usually a big gingerbread fan to begin with, but this recipe combined it with my favorite thing--the snickerdoodle--and trust me when I say....it's delicious! My family and friends agree and have requested more for the holidays!

The best of both worlds

Loved this recipe. Be sure not to over bake. The snickerdoodle seemed a bit over powered by the gingerbread for me from a flavour perspective so I might increase the snicker to gingerbread ratio. Or perhaps blend by hand. Delightful.
