Dr. Pen M8S Microneedling Pen

The doctor pen that I ordered was defective. It wouldn’t charge it was just a faint buzz. The cartridge would not engage. I’ve already shipped it back to the manufacturer waiting for a refund not too happy.

I waited a long time to get my micro needling pen, but it was worth the wait! It's a gorgeous piece of machinery, and the included instructions are helpful. Everything works beautifully!

Terrible customer service. I wanted to exchange my device and they refused since it’s been more than 14 days
