If your cart becomes hard to turn in one direction - it’s probably your drive collar sheer pin. Always good to have a couple in your repair kit.

Small item big impact
The sheer pin of my right drive collar broke and had to be replaced. The interaction with the service department was excellent and the problem was quickly located. Replacement part and instructional video was all I needed for the repair.
