Happy to fix this issue as I need to sit down and having a seat on my cart is the envy of all I pay with. Too bad this bracket is not a little more stout as one can see the failure mode in the picture.

Seat bracket replacement

The crew at cart tek are helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a used cart from a former owner and had to replace a few parts that were in need of repair. The seat bracket had apparently been damaged and cracked from a crash I suspect. Regardless, I replaced it and we are back in action. Installing was easy. My golf game hasn't improved but my cart is cruising along.
