Coconut Spice™

Tropic like it's hot!

Don't judge this by the CT! HT is amazing! The carmalized bananas and grilled pineapple notes ever so slightly come through the HT just enough to make it unique, but I'm not able to pick up on the individual notes, except for the toasted coconut note which is noticeable but does not take over, it's subtle. When you smell oob or the CT it smells like it is a fall/winter scent but HT has spicy tropical vibes which makes it a great summer option too! I'm still working on finding a wick to work with this FO but I have made a reed diffuser using 17% FO. It's been about 7-8 months that I made it and it's still in my bathroom and every once in a while I still get whiffs of it! I would say scent throw for the reed diffuser is a 9/10. I will write another review for this candle once I get a compatible wick for it.

CP Soap

I tested this one at a 5% use rate in cold process soap. Fragrance oil turned green immediately upon contact with batter. Fragrance did accelerate a little, but was barely thicker than the unscented control and behaved very well otherwise. It has a great scent retention 3 days in, the spice notes are a lot more prominent than OOB, and the soap has discolored to a dark caramel brown.
